Synergi is a collaborative advertising company, working with several esteemed clients to create and implement marketing and sales campaigns that connects to clients’ brand with relevant consumers. Synergi represents several national media establishments and publishers, as well as several brands and consumer products.

Synergi is therefore seeking a Marketing Manager who will help to develop and execute marketing campaigns that will generate significant sales, revenue and profit for our clients and the Synergi group. Maximize brand awareness by planning and executing strategies to generate brand presence in an advertising environment to explode revenue growth for all Synergi affiliated advertising platforms, publications and commercial operations. Manage and guide a team to achieve set income targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across broadcast, online, social media, radio, outdoor and print media platforms to ensure that product services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• Managing and setting up of annual revenue budgets on executive level

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales on a managerial or senior level
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital, social and print medium and or in an advertising agency environment
• Excellent in executing tasks in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Skills and Competencies

• Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• The ability to manage and allocate budgets
• Excellent writing skills for proposal and report purposes to execute presentations
