Description
Develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing plan that tactically applies the utilization of all the 7Ps to attract, recruit and retain the targeted numbers of students per semester and year and achieve all the other overall NIT marketing objectives.
Review and implement the marketing planning process (Analysis, Planning, Implementation and Control) and marketing strategy.
Develop and implement sales strategies, maintain customer/student relations, and creating maintain professionally organized reports and records of students per program, per qualification level and per school per year.
Develop, review and update tuition and other fees, prospectus, students’ enrolment Agreement (SEA) and all the promotional material (print & online) for NIT using approved internal resources and/or external agencies to provide accurate and reliable courses information to students and the public at large.
Take overall responsibility of all the functions of the Office of the Marketing and Corporate Relations and as they overlap into other departments such as the Office of the Registrar, Campuses Call Centres. Critically, etc., reflectively and analytically visualize or forecast, anticipate and PLAN all the Office of the Marketing and Corporate Relations’ operational activities to prepare active SMART (1) Daily Activities, (2) Weekly Tasks and (3) Monthly KPIs for yourself. Align all planned activities, tasks and KPIs to NIT’s long-term goals and vision. Practically examine, monitor and evaluate and control performance of all the Marketing and Corporate Relations Department’s Daily Activities, Weekly Tasks and Monthly KPIs, confirm if each is performed in accordance with the expected TIME Limitations and quality standards and take immediate actions to rectify the deviations.
Requirement(s)
A Bachelor of Marketing or related qualification.
