PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Assist the sales and marketing team to analyse, plan, coordinate, support and implement programmes and services involving marketing, promotion, pricing and distribution of the company’s brands..

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) with Ad-Hoc Promotion design, ordering and implementation .Manage implementation of below the line with the Trade Marketing Manager. Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services in-store. Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/try Namib Mills products. Provide onsite assistance to external & internal groups with the direction of the Marketing department. Assisting with in-store campaign planning by incorporating feedback received from previous campaigns. Manage Raaskas bookings as per budget for adhoc and as per in-store promotional drive. Focus on implementation of the Central and Coastal trade as per below the line manual. Manage point of sales budget and ordering of point of sales with suppliers. Interpret Namibian Market, trade and shopper insights to assist with the development of a segment Namib Mills route to market strategy. Seek branding opportunities in the Market and communicate with TMM and Marketing department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Grade 12 (NQF 4)Namibian citizen .Valid driver’s licence. Excellent mastering of the Microsoft suite. Adobe Suite advantageous .Able to communicate well in written and spoken English. Namib Mills is an equal opportunity employer.
