Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager with campaigns, promotional activities and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing administration by record keeping, schedules, briefs, filing systems and approvals.
- Prepare, submit and track purchase orders. And ensure invoices are checked and recorded.
- Liaise with suppliers, stores, internal departments and service providers to ensure timely feedback.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of promotions and campaigns.
- Assist with social media content, website updates and other digital marketing activities.
- Gather market information and assist with research preparation.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a marketing support, Administrative or coordinator role.
- Computer literate including sound Microsoft Office skills and strong organizational skills required.
- Numerical literacy with ability to understand and work with figures, quotations and budgets.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, creativity and a positive attitude required.
- Knowledge of Canva, and Adobe Photoshop of an advantage.
- Driver’s license required.
