The Marketing and Communications Specialist is a generalist marketing lead responsible for driving the execution of Ongava’s marketing priorities across multiple channels, teams, and external partners. This role coordinates campaigns, content, communications, and supplier delivery to ensure that marketing activity is consistent, well-managed, and aligned with Ongava’s commercial and brand objectives. The position requires a strong organiser and marketing operator who can lead projects end-to-end, manage vendors, and maintain momentum across a busy multi-property environment.

Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to operate independently and lead delivery in a fast-paced environment
