MANUFACTURING MANAGER:

Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling Company require the services of a Manufacturing Manager, reporting directly o e Country Supply Chain Director, and will be responsible to manage, lead and support the team so that manufacturing, quality and maintenance targets are achieved in the most effective and efficient manner. In addition, the role will manage the full Manufacturing scope including Engineering, SHEQ and Utilities.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Draft & implement the Manufacturing strategy • Formulate & manage budgets / cost. Design and implement Manufacturing Dashboards and performance trackers to measure and report daily performance • Ensure forecasting accuracy • Formulate and execute demand plans • Manage working capital • Ensure optimum infrastructure capacity and efficiency • Manage staff and staff performance • Manage projects • Manage all the various activities within the manufacturing environment • Compile production reports • Maintain the company’s quality systems and processes (TCCQS & HACCP) • Manage SHEQ • Implements and drives attainment of Operational Excellence targets • Develops and executes strategy and capacity plans • Develops technical skills across all levels • Maintains corrective action plans

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-year tertiary qualification in Food Science and Technology or Engineering (MBA qualification will be an added advantage) • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Bottling or Food Processing industry • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Management role (Large Manufacturing Plant) – preferably in the Bottling or Food Processing industry • Excellent analytical, planning & organizing skills • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
