JOB DESCRIPTION
To implement fit-for-purpose unsecured lending product solutions (i.e. scored lending) for country in alignment with CHNW AR Product and country objectives in order to aggressively grow the client base and deliver on its financial objectives (i.e. product economics (pricing, margin management), lifting the balance sheet or finding alternate/ new revenue streams).

3-4 years
Experience in product development and customer-focused design and the delivery of products/solutions. Proven track record of management of financial objectives, both value creation and cost reduction. Proven track record in business analytics and the use of data science in understanding product and customer economics.
