Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the service station and convenience shop
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor fuel sales, shop sales, and overall branch profitability
- Control stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
- Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and reconciliation procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets
- Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards
- Monitor fuel deliveries, pump operations and related controls
- Handle customer queries, complaints and operational issues professionally
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Assist with promotions, marketing initiatives and sales growth activities
- Manage staff schedules, attendance and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company requirements
Requirements
- Namibian citizenship
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or fuel station operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good financial, stock control and administrative skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
