What will you do?
The main purpose of this position is the establishment and ongoing management of the services rendered in the High Performance Centre (HPC). This center will be responsible for the support and handling of administrative duties for advisors who are members of the HPC.
What will make you successful in this role?
Management of service level agreements (SLA’s) and workflow to ensure best service delivery as possible.
Determine and ongoing management of standards of service delivery.
Training co-ordination to make sure that team members are well equipped to fulfill responsibilities.
Training co-ordination where given to non-HPC personal assistants.
Operational excellence via efficient resource allocations.
Management of team to assure high level of motivation and continuity in service delivery.
Assure standardization of forms and processes and manage that it is executed.
Regular interaction with advisors to assure that service needs are met and identify gaps to be addressed.
Manage leads management where projects are launched and HPC needs to assist.
Digital optimization investigation.
Handling remuneration and removal and addition of advisors in and out of HPC.
Interaction with advisors’ managers of HPC advisors.
Manage functions of paraplanner(s) to ensure that comprehensive needs analyses get done to ensure full financial offering to clients.
Assure that needs analyses gets done taken into consideration compliance and latest legislation.
Insure ongoing accreditation of new products.
Management of New Business process.

Qualification and Experience
Grade 12
Diploma/degree in Communications/ Business Administration
At least 5 – 7 years’ experience in long term insurance industry
Excellent Customer services experience
Management experience
Work experience in the office of an intermediary will be an advantage
