The Namibia Airports Company is a wholly State-owned company established in terms
of the NAC Act (Act no. 25 of 1998) and governed by the Public Enterprises Governance
Act (Act no.1 of 2019) and Companies Act (Act no.28 of 2004), to undertake the
operations, management, and control of certain aerodromes in Namibia, and to provide
for incidental matters.

Primary Purpose
To contribute and develop as well as facilitate NAC development interventions and change management initiatives to achieve the overall strategic objectives. Coordinates and support the process of continuous employee skills development and organizational performance improvement, which helps the company achieve its goals.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management/ or Industrial / Psychology with 6 years of working experience of which 3 should be on the supervisory level.
OR
Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Human Resources Management or/Industrial Psychology or any related business degree with 4 years of working experience of which 2 years should be at a supervisory level.
Field of Experience Human Resources Administration, Training & Development, & Organizational Development.
