PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To effectively manage resources and coordinate National Service (Civic) Training division activities:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
⦁ Take custodianship of the implementation of National service training.
⦁ Actively participate in setting divisional objectives and performance standards for National service training.
⦁ Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for National service training.
⦁ Monitors progress of curriculum implementation.
⦁ Take custodianship in maintaining a framework for regular liaison, including feedback on attached trainees.
⦁ Actively participate in the management of the centre and all centre activities.
⦁ Implement relevant legislation and other NYS regulations i.e., Centre Operational Orders, Transport Policies and Procurement Policies.
⦁ Participate in operational functions i.e., regular inspections on equipment and infrastructure and report to the Executive: Operations and Logistics Department.
⦁ Organizing parade and centre events and report accordingly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
⦁ A Degree in Military/Policing/Education or related qualification.
⦁ Five (5) years Military/Policing experience, of which two (2) years must have been at supervisory Level.
⦁ Driver’s license
⦁ Exposure to training management, will be an added advantage.
