Job Title: Manager: Marketing and PR

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Effectively managing and coordinating the complete on-site marketing function, by way of assisting with the formulation and implementation of sustainable marketing and brand strategies, public relations and communication strategies and policies, while managing the marketing and information staff key outputs and representing Centre Management in order to grow the overall mall performance and tenant turnovers.
 

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

MINIMIUM REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Diploma in Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of which 3 are in a management environment, specializing in Marketing.
 

Added Advantages | Special Requirement(s)

PREFERRED/ADVANTAGEOUS:

Experience preferably in the Property Management industry.   Previous experience in working and motivating third party agencies.
