MANAGER FINANCE AND SUPPORT

Key role To ensure accurate financial records of the entity, including the review of monthly reconciliations and management accounts are maintained Manage resources to attain and maintain service level agreements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Preparation, analysis and distribution of the monthly management accounts.
• Annual statutory reporting. Preparation and reporting to relevant stakeholders which includes the company’s and the client’s respective Boards.
• Prepare, analyze, monitor and report on all budget related matters.
• Manage the internal and external audit process and resolve audit findings
• Internal and Risk detection and control, including continuous improvement of internal control systems
• Daily management of staff with the monitoring of performance and the creation of personal development plans.
• Provide strategic input to departmental and business unit objectives.

Requirements

• BCom degree with Honours in Accounting. CA/MBA/MBL will be an added advantage ;
• 5-8 years financial management experience of which 4 years at a management level

The candidate should have track record showing commitment to efficiencies. Additionally he/she will have good planning and organisational skills and a high results orientation.
