JOB TITLE        : MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING (D3)

NUMBER OF POSITIONS : ONE (1)

DUTY STATION : NYS WINDHOEK, HEAD OFFICE

DURATION : PERMANENT

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

0 To be responsible for promoting and expanding the organization’s presence and reputation among key commercial stakeholders;

0 To develop, implement and drive pro-active communications strategies and initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders that promote and maintain a positive image of the Service;

0 To be responsible for the coordination, compilation and preparation of quarterly reports and annual reports.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

Plan and Manage work activities of Corporate Communications and Reporting;

General management functions;

Communication and advice;

Manage stakeholder relations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

0 At least a Degree in Public Relations Management or Communication/ Journalism (from accredited institution and foreign qualifications should be evaluated);

0 5 years’ practical experience in a corporate world or PR/Communication environment, including 3 years at supervisory level;

Namibian Citizen.

Driver’s license

Excellent corporate reports writing skills

Excellent English Communication (both speaking and writing)

PowerPoint presentation skills
