Taleni Etosha Village is looking for a Management Couple or Male Individual to join their Management Team

MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Applicants must fall within the following criteria
• Ages between 35 and 45
• No dependants
• Own Transport and valid driver’s licence
• Solid track record
• Namibian Citizens
• Both must have 5 years’ experience in the below criteria

He must have
• Strong Management background and Computer Skills
• Strong security/safety skills (Firearms proficiency an advantage)
• Good all round maintenance knowledge
• Good game management planning
• Good buying and client skills
• Very good law interpretation skills
• Very good guest relations skills
• Communicate between Labour Consultants, Unions and Labour Commissioner
• Plan and execute upgrades as required
• Month end reports
• Be able to work irregular hours
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team
• Must be able to take over GM duties when GM is on leave or absent including Emergency Duties

She must have
• Strong Management background and Computer Skills
• Innkeeper experience will be an advantage
• Very good administration background – Extensive
• All Staff related HR – Salaries, Pension, Social Security, Leave, New Appointments
• Interpersonal Skills
• Very strong Front Office Skills
• Be able to work irregular hours
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team
• Must be able to take over Assistant GM duties when Assistant GM is on leave or absent
