Maintenance Manager | AFRICAWORK
Job Description
We are looking for profiles and CVs of Maintenance Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will:
Maintain machines on site ;
Ensure availability of spare parts ;
Assist maintenance team with complex troubleshooting ;
Perform preventative maintenance ;
Ensure spare part inventories are adequately maintained ;
Hold daily tailgate and monthly safety meetings ;
Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention.
Required profile for job : Maintenance Manager
Five years degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent ;
Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience ;
Knowledge of common causes of equipment malfunction ;
Good leadership skills ;
Team oriented.
