2 x Post: 1x Oshakati, Eenhana
Minimum Requirements: An LLB degree or four (4) year recognised legal qualification. Possession of a valid driver’s licence is a prerequisite and candidates from outside the Magistracy will be subjected to a psychometric test.
Duties:
The successful canddate will be required to perform all functions of a magistrate in a District court,
- Presiding in the criminal, civi. labour courts and family courts
- Handling of quasi-judcial and administrative functions in the District Court.

NB: It is a condition of service that the successful candidate may be transferred to any other duty station in Namibia.
