MACHANICAL ENGINEER DIRECTOR

General Description of Duties:

1. Develop and design new mechanical systems, equipment, and devices Conduct research and analyze data to determine the feasibility, cost, and performance of mechanical systems
2. Perform simulations and tests to evaluate the mechanical performance of systems and components
3. Collaborate with other engineers and technical personnel to develop and improve existing products
4. Prepare and present reports and proposals to management and clients

Qualifications:

1. Education: College Degree in engineering supervision.
2. Experience: minimum 10 years working experience in road construction.
2. Strong analytical and problem­solving skills
3. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
4. Understanding of thermodynamics, mechanics, and materials science
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment
