KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Manager: Loss Prevention with investigations

• Daily liaison with CCTV Control Room personnel to ensure that daily and weekly incidents are finalized

• Conducting ad hoc investigations and serving as an initiator on disciplinary hearings

• Attend fraud and security & audit meetings

• Ensure that the CCTV Operators do random spot checks at the receiving and loading bays

• Do follow-up inspections on the issues raised by the Internal Auditors

• Managing the hotline activities weekly

• POS/BMC system spot check

• Responsible for preparing CCTV activity sheet for Exco meetings

• Preparing the quarterly board and Exco submissions

• Perform data analysis for investigations, cashier audits and special projects

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Namibian citizenship

• A B.Com in Accounting/Auditing/Risk Management/Forensics

• Minimum 3 years experience in internal audit, risk management or forensic auditing

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package)

• Proficiency in English

• Valid drivers license
