Introduction
Responsible for essential and logistical services in the Branch in order to enhance service delivery to internal and external clients.

Job description
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

1. Cleaning services
Responsible for cleaning and keeping the Branch’s premises neat and tidy at all time.

2. Messenger Service
Perform delivery duties to external business partners and clients as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

3. Service Delivery
Perform other various essential duties which support the operation of the branch, e.g. serving refreshments to staff and clients.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications
• Grade 10
• Work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• A valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of cleaning and messaging practices and principles.
• Sound communications skills and presentable
• Good physical fitness
• Good interpersonal skills
