Candidate Requirements:
The applicant must be an experienced person with solid experience in lodge Management. Experience in a senior role in a lodge, valid driver’s license and PDP, good understanding of overall lodge operations and Maintenance, Excellent Guest relations/hosting, Great communication skills, fully computer literate and good with general admin, Financial experience, HR Knowledge, Good F&B knowledge, events & functions, Physically fit, Knowledge of Semper, Nights Bridge. Be able to motivate, train, direct and work alongside staff. Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing conditions and make decisions which best suit the situation. Conduct game drives, and the relevant knowledge.
