LODGE MANAGER

Role

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of 2 ultra-luxury lodges
Management and development of a staff compliment over 50 staff.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Management or General Manager role in 5 star remote lodge.
A Degree or equivalent preferably in a Food & Beverage related field
Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge/experience plus understanding of international trends
Minimum 2 years’ experience of Housekeeping / Room division management
Strong leadership and HR skills and have previously managed a large team.
Computer literate, strong financial acumen and stock control experience
Drivers Licence is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates that are world travelled
Stable employment history and at least 3 contactable references.
