As a reception team member at Namibia’s leading oncology centre, you’ll be the first person patients and families meet during one of life’s most challenging times. Your empathy and professionalism directly contribute to our mission: restoring hope through compassionate care. Working alongside oncologists and specialist nurses, every appointment you schedule and conversation you have helps create an environment where healing can begin.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Welcome patients and manage inquiries with empathy
• Coordinate appointments across our team of specialists
• Ensure smooth patient flow during treatment days
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Handle telephone communications professionally

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Strong communication skills in English (other Namibian languages advantageous)
• Emotional resilience and genuine empathy
• At least 1 year’s experience in healthcare reception or patient-facing healthcare administration
• Proficiency with appointment systems and basic computer skills
• Discretion when handling confidential medical information
