To improve productivity and to maintain and mange personnel discipline in the areas of Supervision

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timeously arrange transport to depots and local customers
• Effectively manage the daily loading and despatching of orders
• Effectively reporting of statistical date as required
• Ensure that the stock handling methods are in accordance with company standards
• Ensure that the Loadmasters & Forklift Drivers activities are in accordance with company standards
• Timeously communicate all out-of-stock items to Depot Managers
• Ensure that the goods returned and claims by customers are correct
• ensure correct pallet control and administrate correctly
• Ensure that daily returns and issues are done correctly and accurately
• Ensure that stock rotation principles in store are being adhered to and implement corrective actions
• Timeously assist with all stock taking activities and ensure accuracy
• Communicate all variances to management and implement corrective actions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience in Stores and Warehouses OR
• Relevant Diploma/Certificate with 3 years’s experience in Stores and Warehousees Other:
• Working knowledge of Windows based office systems such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Valid Drivers’s Licence
• Knowledge of Fumigation process
