THE INCUMBENT REPORTS TO NATIS SUPERVISOR
PATTERSON GRADE C2
Market Related Salary
Housing allowance/Subsidy : 20% / 40%
Council Medical Aid Contribution : 85%
Council Pension Contribution : 21.7% of Basic salary
13th Cheque (Bonus)
Ample Leave Privileges
2. MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To administer the registration and licensing of Motor Vehicles and drivers by performing system transactions and collecting revenue in the form of prescribed fees, penalties and arrears.
3. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum Educational
Qualification Requirements Grade 12 (20 points minimum) + NQA Level 5 Accredited Certificate
Other Requirements
⦁ Computer Literacy.
⦁ Able to work under pressure & be able to make quick decisions where necessary.
⦁ Must be a team player with sound customer care skills.
Minimum Experience
• Computer Literacy.
• Customer relations.
Key Performance Areas
⦁ Register and issue Motor Vehicles Licenses.
⦁ Receive Application and issue Leaner and Driving License.
⦁ Issue Motor Vehicle License, Special and Temporary Permits.
⦁ Issuing of Roadworthiness Certificate.
⦁ Face Value Control and Records.
⦁ Keeping and Maintaining of Records.
⦁ Revenue Collection and Administration.
⦁ Handle Customer queries.
