LIBRARY ASSISTANT – DHPS

The responsibilities include the supervision and administration of the library and the maintenance of the library catalogs. Your work involves amongst other things the organizing of magazines, processing photocopy tasks, conducting research assignments, and further administrative activities. You are responsible for the cataloging of books in the school administration program and for supervisory- and informational services in the school library.

You have adequate knowledge to promote the reading readiness of learners and to provide advice on book- and media choices

Requirement(s)
Your profile:

Ideally you have a job-related qualification or a comparable qualification
You have administration-related work experience
You have sound knowledge of German, English, and Afrikaans
You are skilled with Microsoft Office applications
