LEGAL PRACTITIONER – Katjaerua Incorporated

VACANCY 

Katjaerua Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Practitioner to join our Litigation and Debt Collection Department.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must hold an LLB (Hons) degree and have a minimum of two (2) years’ post-admission experience in High Court litigation, with proven expertise in:
* Drafting and reviewing pleadings;
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Rules and Practice Directives of the High Court;
* Courtroom experience in representing clients in corporate, commercial, collections, and divorce-related matters.

Attributes and Skills

* Professional and confident with sound knowledge of the law and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-oriented environment with a client and service delivery mind-set;
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, script ability, and contract drafting skills; and
* Fully computer literate with good knowledge of E-Justice and Legal Suite.
