Job Title: LEGAL OFFICER x3 JOB Description: Responsibilities include: drafting and review of agreements, preparing and issuing correspondence, attending to policy formulation and review, preparing legal opinions, aiding in the execution of directives from the Board of Directors, liaising with various stakeholders, supporting the Corporate Legal Office and performing all tasks and duties as may be lawfully instructed. REQUIRMENTS: Completed LLB Law Degree or equivalent qualification (Admission would be an advantage) 2-3 Years work experience in the legal field; Strong administration skills; Attention to detail; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Good interpersonal and communication skills; A strong background in Commercial Law and the Law of Contracts will be an added advantage.
