LECTURER / TRAINER: CERTIFICATE IN MEDICAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION (NQF LEVEL 4) – Symanek Specialized College

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate teaching and learning in line with CBET principles and NQA requirements
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment tools
• Conduct formative and summative assessments
• Support students during practical training or workplace exposure
• Participate in moderation and quality assurance processes
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field (OR Diploma with strong industry experience)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a medical or healthcare administrative environment
• Teaching or training experience (advantageous)
• Assessor and/or Moderator certification (added records systems)
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, medical records systems)
• Strong organisational and adminitrative skills
• Knowledge of healthcare ethics and patient confi-
