The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Lecturer position, Department of Crop Production and Agricultural Technologies, Faculty of Agriculture, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Ogongo Campus.

Teach Statistics, Biostatistics and Research Methods at both under-graduate and post-graduate levels.
Teach Mathematics and under-graduate level. Provide guidance on the use of online teaching tools.
Provide Technical support at both Department and Faculty levels.
Engage in Research and publication and community service.

MSc in Statistics/Biostatistics/Operation Research with a BSc in Mathematics, or MSc in Mathematical Statistics (a PhD in any of these is an added advantage); At least 3 years of teaching experience at tertiary level; A satisfactory record of teaching, research, publication and service to academic and wider community; Conversant with modern online teaching tools.
