Lecturer (Occupational Health and Safety) – University of Namibia

The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Lecturer position, Department of Public Health, School of Nursing and Public Health, Faculty of Heath Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Oshakati Campus.

Developing syllabi, teaching administering subjects and organize and setting up the laboratory practical hands-on activities in the nominated areas of occupational Health and Safety,at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students research projects; engage in research and publication activities; provide service to the academic and wider community and perform any other duties as may be required.

A PhD and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field coupled with 3 years lecturing experience.
