FUNCTIONS IN KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (LABOUR RELATIONS PRACTITIONER)
• Disciplinary hearings
• Company documentation
• Disciplinary code of conduct
• Grievance procedures,
• Documentation reviews
• General labour advice
• Drafting of opinions
• Drafting of documentation and/or policies
• Reviews of personnel files
• Professional consultations
• Retrenchment proceedings
• Poor performance counselling
• Union negotiations
• Conciliation and arbitration hearings
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 Namibian Certificate or similar.
• Two (2) years practical experience
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to exceed the clients expectations
• Computer literacy
• MS Word and Outlook Experience
