About Us:

Dynamic Manne Survey and Solutions (DMSS) is a leading set wee provider specializing m marine solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Laboratory Quality Manager to join our team, This role is crucial m ensuring compliance with international quality standards and maintaining the highest levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control tie laboratory’s quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO IEC17025 2017 and SANAS requirements
• Conduct internal audits, identify quality issues, and «n element corrective and preventative actions as necessary.
• Oversee training programs and monitor staff competence to ensure adherence to laboratory standards.
• Appoint staff members, manage laboratory activities, and address customer complaints
• Ensure complance with the QMS and al internal quality procedures, while driving continuous Improvements m the laboratory.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate of Competence/MetCert and Metrology Certificate in Pressure and Temperature.
• Technical Signatory certification.
• Mawnum of 5 years experience in a laboratory management environment
• Driver’s License

Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to implement and manage quality assurance programs.
• Experience m conducting audits and addressing non conformance issues.
