LABORATORY MANAGER
Duty Station: Oshakati Laboratory
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology I Biomedical Science I Medical Laboratory Science
⦁ Relevant registration with HPCNA
⦁ Minimum 10 years of industry experience
COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Staff supervision
⦁ Stock and equipment management
⦁ Workflow coordination
⦁ Problem-solving skills
⦁ Training and coaching of technical staff
⦁ Understanding of quality management systems
Oversee day to day operation of the laboratory
⦁ Should be proactive and innovative
