JUNIOR SYSTEMS & BUSINESS SUPPORT – Hartlief Continental Meat Products

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Administer and maintain the Hartlief group business applications by performing system administration of O&L group SAP, Microsoft, and third-party business applications. Engaging with functional teams and service providers; researching and implementing technological solutions; maintaining business application governance.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:
Compile a monthly project planning and technical reporting to ensure stability of Hartlief systems and external customers by following best practices.
Conduct a research and implement technological innovations to ensure maximum value is achieved with the IT infrastructure.
Develop and maintain training documentations and assisting in evaluating end-users after training.
Ensure best business value by administrating, training, and supporting the assigned Microsoft business & office applications, such as SharePoint.
Assist with detecting, resolving, and reporting on IT risks as well as setting up mitigating factors.
Engage with internal and external service providers for technical support as and when required.
Assist with collecting, cleaning, and administering master data across departments.
Assist in IT governance by following IT policies, procedures and perform systems training end-users.
Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365 and Software Development.
Operating knowledge on SAP system is advantage.
