Responsibilities:
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Stocktaking & processing orders
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Cash ups after every shift
- Recon supplier invoices, statements & speed point transactions
- Maintains day to day operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
- At least 2 – 5 years min experience in similar position in the service station industry.
- Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
- Computer Literate
- Prepared to work weekends & flexible hours
- Resilience
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable & Responsible
- Neat & Presentable
- Strong work ethic & Trustworthy
