We are looking for a JUNIOR CHEF to join our tribe! This position will be assisting in the kitchen at Camp Sossus, in the Sossusvlei area.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the running of the kitchen.
- Responsible for all meals for guests and staff.
- Responsible for weekly menu planning, subsequent placing of orders and maintaining FIFO.
- Ensure kitchen and storerooms are maintained in terms of health & safety standards.
- Responsible for stock take as required.
- Responsible for inspecting equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate with other kitchen employees.
Requirements
- Must be a Namibian citizen.
- At least 2 years proven experience in a kitchen at a remote luxury lodge.
- Driver’s license with PDP would be advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Positive attitude towards long and flexible working hours.
