Position : IT Support Engineer
We are recruiting an IT Support Technician.

Expected qualifications:

Diploma in related field (Information Technology or Computer Science)
Any qualification in Micro-computing will be beneficial
Hardware Certifications in IBM (Power, Storewize, Tape), Lenovo (Thinksystems, Thinkserver), Dell (DCSE, EMC, PowerEdge) and Huawei servers (including Arista switches).

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in providing IT Break/Fix Enterprise Services and installations and upgrades for major clients, including banks and telco’s on several platforms (AIX, Linux, Wintel).
Solid experience installing, configuring and maintaining IBM SAN storage solutions and providing support for PowerHA support on AIX clusters.
Must have experience with installations and maintenance of Huawei enterprise networking solutions.
Experience providing end user support (including PC break-fix) required.
Familiarity using OTRS, Dell DFSM and DPP preferred.
