IT ENGINEER – TAIDA FINANCIAL GROUP

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in ICT field
⦁ Specializing in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics or a related field
⦁ A minimum of ten (10) years corporate experience of which 5 years served at management (head of a division/function) level
⦁ A relevant Master’s Degree or Executive/ Senior Management Development Programme and relevant certifications would serve as an added advantage.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
⦁ Local Authorities Act
⦁ Relevant Acts and Regulations
⦁ Strategic and Operational Management
⦁ Procurement Policy Frameworks
⦁ Labour Legislation

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strategic and operational planning, Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication, Team building. Management, including: Judgement, Networking, Analytical, Numerical, Time management. Problem solving, Decision making, Project management, Conflict management. Arbitration, Crisis management and Administration skills.
