Seventy7 Consulting is offering a Business Administration student the opportunity to gain practical experience and foundational knowledge in general administrative tasks in the engineering industry. Through this program the successful student will gain valuable insights into the administrative aspects of of our business and contribute to its overall efficiency.

Program Objectives:

• Gain an understanding of general administrative tasks and their importance within the engineering industry, specifically in workshop and offshore settings.
• Develop skills in organization, documentation, and data management.
• Learn how to effectively assist and support the administrative needs of various departments within the company.
• Acquire knowledge about safety protocols and compliance regulations applicable to workshop and offshore environments.
• Enhance communication and interpersonal skills required for effective administrative support.

Program Minimum Requirements:

• Enrolled for a Degree in Business Administration or similar program at an accredited university on part-time or distance basis.
• Must be a Namibian Citizen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with the engineering industry and workshop/offshore operations (preferred).
