Position	Minimum Requirements
Secondary School Principal	Relevant Teaching Qualification + at least 3 years in a similar position
Secondary School Subject Teachers (Grade 8-12)	Relevant Teaching Qualification (Please state subjects able to teach & qualified for)
Tertiary & Vocational Education
Head of Academic Affairs	MASTERS Degree with at least 5 years in a Management Position at higher and/Vocational Education institutions. PHD will be an added advantage
Head of Non – Academic Affairs	NQF Level 7 qualification with at least 5 years managerial experience in an educational setting
Principal: Vocational Centre	At least a level 6 qualification with a minimum of 5 years management experience in a vocational training centre.
Research Manager	MASTERS Degree (PHD an added advantage) + experience as a researcher with proven record of publications.
Head of Marketing	A relevant marketing qualification with at least 3 years experience in a similar position
Head of Department	Academic Heads: Masters Degree with at least 5 years teaching experience at an institution of Higher Learning. Vocational Head: At least a level 6 qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in a vocational training centre. Management experience will be an added advantage
Head: Distance Learning/E- learning	Master’s degree in distance education/instructional technology/ adult/continuing education/educational leadership, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
HRM (Training & Wellness)	Appropriate three year Degree or Diploma in human resource management. ● Three years’ experience in the spheres of human resource management; administration and development.
Lecturers (Please specify subjects able to teach & qualified for)	NQF level 6-10 Qualifications (depend on levels taught) + lecturing at an institution of Higher or vocational learning essential. Fields of studies: Accounting & Finance; Business Administration/Management; HRM; Office Admin; Tourism & Hospitality; IT; Education; Law; Transport & Logistics; Sport & Coaching; International Relations; Local & Foreign Languages Auto-mechanics; Boilermaking; Fitting & Turning; Electrical installation; Airconditioning & Refrigeration; Plumbing; Retail; Dressmaking; Carpentry; Bricklaying
