INTEGRATION CONSULTANCY – KINGSLEYIRONS

DESCRIPTION:

Our Client, a leader in the field of E-Learning and Talent Management, is seeking to recruit an Integration Consultant to join their Delivery team.

The successful candidate should have a solid technical background with a complete understanding of the project life cycle process, to effectively plan, manage, collaborate and implement Enterprise applications, SaaS and other complex services and API’s.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•                    3 Years + Technical HR and eLearning industry knowledge experience and exposure

•                    IT related qualification (information systems or informatics) or associated HR and IT qualifications required

•                    Previous experience working with Talent Management systems, an advantage

•                    Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in implementing HR software solutions / similar.

•                    Operational knowledge of SFTP and encryption required

•                    HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript experience required

•                    REST API knowledge highly advantageous

•                    Skilled in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.

•                    Experience with software integrations and data migrations as a consultant or project lead – advantageous: Target platforms or technologies – Microsoft, PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, ADP, Oracle, or Salesforce;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position exists for the purpose of providing the highest quality of implementation support directly to our clients.

This role will be focused on the implementation and support for Technical Projects. The primary function of this role is to lead, execute, test, validate and advise clients with talent management technical integrations and consulting
