INSTITUTIONAL WORKER – The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM)

The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) was established by an Act of Parliament, the
NIPAM Act 2010 (Act 10 of 2010). The purpose of NIPAM is to transform the public service in Namibia through improving
management, leadership, and professional competencies. It also aims to foster a climate of purpose, values and professional
traditions amongst public sector employees.
NIPAM is looking for hard-working, self-motivated, dynamic individuals to fill the following positions:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 10 Certificate.
• 1 year cleaning and good communication skills
• Cleaning
• Setting up of training venues
• Maintain conducive clean environment of the whole building
• Plants maintenance
• Personal effectiveness and competency development
