Position: Inspection Officer

Department: Sales

Duty Station: Otjiwarongo | Contract: Permanent

Purpose of the Position

To coordinate and execute all inspection process for the Bank, monitoring the compliance to the conditions of the loan, and supporting other internal critical functions to ensure the mitigation of risks.

Key Performance Areas

• Financial Administration.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Farm Inspections and Livestock Verification.
• Agriculture Project Inspections (i.e. crops, aquaculture, poultry etc).

• Advisory Services.
• Problem Solving.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Agricultural or any other relevant equivalent qualification.
• 3 years’ work experience in the Agricultural environment.
• Driver’s licence, sound knowledge and understanding of the Agricultural industry.
