1. Position: Industrial Relations Officer

Station: NamPower Head Office

Primary Purpose of the job:

The envisaged candidate will report to the Manager: Remuneration, Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations and will be responsible for providing proactive advisory and training service on Industrial Relations matters to all Line Managers and employees. The incumbent will also be assisting with industrial relations training and provide Line Managers with training on how to chair disciplinary hearings.
