⦁ Minimum Requirements:
⦁ Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF 6)
⦁ 2-3 years relevant work experience in Human Resource and knowledge of
administration.
⦁ Knowledge of FINSTEL system
⦁ Ability to work independently and keep confidential information
⦁ Computer literate and strong interpersonal relations
⦁ Applicant should be a Namibian citizen

⦁ Recruitment, selection, placement and induction of staff members
⦁ Leave and payroll administration
⦁ Implementing the Personnel Rule of the Council
⦁ Management of Staff remuneration and benefits
⦁ Employee training and development
⦁ Handling misconduct cases
⦁ Industrial relations
⦁ Managing the entire Human Resource function
