Purpose of the job:
To provide effective and efficient organizational development services, to assist the HR Manager in implementation of change processes and wellness interventions

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor Degree In Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or any related field,
- Minimum 3 years* experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy is mandatory (MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent analytical and Supervisory skills
- Problem Saving skills
- Communication Skills,
- Interpersonal Skills
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Knowledge of VIP will be an added advantage.
- Driver’s license code BE
