Appointment Requirements: A National Diploma majoring in Human Resources on NQF Level 6

Supplementary Requirements:       An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human

Resources (or equivalent qualification) on NQF Level 7.

Key accountabilities:

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes;
• Administer conditions of service and employee benefits;
• Attend to employee grievances and misconduct;
• Processes employee leave records;
• Advises staff members on HR processes and systems;
• Assists line supervisors with performance agreements and assessments;
• Conduct induction of new employees;
• Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor or any other authorised person.
