Vacancy – Human Resources Officer

Primary purpose of position
To execute all delegated human resources administrative functions, to provide advice
to line management and staff on human resources policies & procedures.
Main Responsibilities
• Payroll administration (including benefits);
• Human Resources information services;
• Recruitment, Selection and Placement; and
• General Human Resources duties.

Educational and experience requirements
B Degree in Human Resources or Human Sciences with 1 year relevant Human
Resources experience in administration and compensation, recruitment and selection
and other relevant Human Resources functions,
Or
National Diploma in Human Resources with 2 years relevant Human Resources
experience in administration and compensation, recruitment and selection and other
relevant Human Resources functions.

Skills and Knowledge requirements
• Basic knowledge of the Labour Act;
• Ability to work independently;
• Computer literacy; accuracy; strong administrative skills;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Ability to keep information confidential;
• Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (SAP experience will be an
added advantage); and
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
