The Key Duties

• Ensure the Company’s HR Policies and Procedures are in place and regularly updated
• Facilitate implementation of Policies and creation of a conducive culture
• Create and maintain HR Record system
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Implement Payroll processes
• Attend to employee Queries and be the conduit for communication between management and staff
• Support employee relations initiatives
• Administer training and development as well as employee welfare programmes
• Perform administrative functions for the Managing Director’s office

The Person

• Diploma in Human Resources with more than 4 years all round HR experience or
• B Degree in Human Resources or related field with at lent 2 years HR general experience
• Experience must plate emphasis on payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations. record keeping
• Practical application of Pastel or Vantage System is a pre-requisite
• Sound knowledge of human resources principles
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with different levels of stall
• Ability to work In a fast-changing environment
